Education: Must have a Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry, Doctor of Dental Surgery or related in Dentistry.

Special Requirements: Must have a valid Dental License from Massachusetts. Must have Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Controlled Substance Certification.
